Discover The Ultimate Fifteen Day Canoe Rental Experience For Your Next Algonquin Wilderness Expedition
Experience the thrill of the Canadian wilderness with a fifteen-day canoe rental tailored for convenience and long-term exploration. Our service is designed to provide a seamless start to your journey, allowing you to pick up your canoe at the store opening on your first day and return it by closing on your final day. This efficient process ensures that you spend more time on the water and less time managing logistics during your extended outdoor adventure.
Safety and preparedness are at the heart of our rental packages. Every canoe comes with a paddle for each participant and a complete safety kit, featuring a whistle, a fifteen-meter rope, and a bailer. These tools are essential for navigating the waterways of Algonquin safely. We recommend that all guests review our detailed pricing and store information online before reserving their equipment to ensure that every aspect of their trip is perfectly planned and ready.
It is important to remember that Personal Floatation Devices are not included in the rental and must be added during the checkout process if you do not have your own. As these are legally required for all water activities, ensuring you have the proper gear is a critical part of your preparation. Additionally, please be aware that park permits for overnight camping are the responsibility of the client and must be secured well in advance.
We are proud to support various groups, including schools, camps, and youth organizations, with special rates and automatic discounts for longer rentals. By taking the time to prepare your gear and permits, you ensure that your canoeing experience is safe, organized, and fully enjoyable. Whether you are a seasoned paddler or planning your first major expedition, our rental service provides the reliable equipment you need to make your time in the wilderness truly memorable.

Customer Reviews
For years, the canoe centre has been my go-to supplier for all things kayaking, providing the essential gear for both my personal adventures and for the youth organisation I work for. I've bought everything from "tip to toe," and the level of service has never wavered. The staff are phenomenal first dealing with Shane & Ciaran to the last couple of years with Hugh they have consistently offered knowledgeable and supportive assistance. The online shop is very user-friendly, stocking strong, quality brands that focus on depth of quality. A recent experience highlights their exceptional commitment: When a package went missing after posting, the team at the canoe centre put my needs foremost and promptly dispatched a second package before the original was relocated by An Post. This kind of proactive, customer-first service is why I continue to go back. No matter the size of the purchase, I always feel valued and acknowledged. An absolutely stellar sales and support service. Highly recommended.
Fantastic Level 2 Kayaking Course with Keith! Keith was amazing — patient, knowledgeable, and knew exactly when to push us (and when not to!). We (Carmel and Sarah) were the two oldest in the group, with one of us new to kayaking, but he made it fun, supportive, and full of laughs. The group was an added bonus — we’re now all on WhatsApp calling ourselves The Liffey Lickers! Can’t wait for our next river trip with Keith to build on everything we learned.
The courses here are brilliant. Educational and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend them as they really boosted my confidence and skills. The coach, Keith, has a lovely manner that takes away any fear or apprehension. The shop itself ships out equipment fast and efficiently and advises about same over the phone without hesitation.
