What an amazing experience. One of the highlights of the trip! Easy to make a reservation via email… must stay for a few sets
Beatiful music and voices. Good quality musicians. Very intimate place. We had to sit outside and wait for the end of a set before getting a place. I didn’t rate the food since we only had chips, olives and drinks. A great way to experince Fado music. I would try to eat here next time - to leave more cash behind for those arranging the experince.
The highlight of my time in Lisbon! This spot is so warm and intimate, run by people who very obviously care about the quality of the food, music, and experience. My girlfriend and I enjoyed their tapas (especially the anchovies!) and their talented Fado musicians. Reservations are a must, as it's a small space. When we went, it was also cash only. If you're in Lisbon and want to have a good night out, this place is a must-try.
We booked a table at this lovely little place on the last evening of our vacation. Communication with the owner was quick and smooth. When we arrived, we were welcomed warmly. The interior of this bar is cozy and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the service very considerate. The most amazing thing, though, was the Fado, which almost moved me to tears. We’re so sorry that we couldn’t stay longer, since our flight left early the next morning. We hope we’ll return to Lisbon soon so we can pay them another visit. Thanks so much again for this experience – it was truly the pinnacle of our vacation. ❤️
