Beginner Foil Lessons

Our beginner foil lessons are designed to teach you the essential skills needed to get started with hydrofoiling. You will begin by learning how the foil works, including proper body positioning, control inputs, and techniques for maintaining stability while keeping the foil underwater. The lessons gradually introduce getting up on plane behind a jet ski, learning to control the foil’s stability, and understanding how to ride smoothly across the water. Throughout the session, you will practice basic maneuvering and pumping on the wake, developing the coordination and confidence needed to handle the foil effectively.

As you progress, you will work on letting go of the rope and riding independently while pumping the wake on your own. The instructors will provide patient, personalized guidance, ensuring that each step of the learning process is manageable and safe. Whether you are completely new to foiling or want to build a solid foundation, these lessons focus on giving you the confidence and ability to enjoy foiling safely and successfully, preparing you to continue practicing and advancing your skills on your own.
