Although the weather wasn't great we really enjoyed this tour. The driver Tommy was full of information going through Dublin and going up into the Wicklow hills. Luckily the rain stopped when we are at Glendalough and we had a pleasant walk up to the upper Lough and then exploded the monastic site when we came back towards the carpark. Would highly recommend.
This was the perfect tour for me! I thought all the stops were perfectly planned with just enough time to see everything I wanted to see while also having enough food options and bathroom break opportunities. Our tour guide was especially amazing! His delivery of the history, fun facts and Irish humor were spot on. Idk what they pay him but he should probably get more lol. 🔥 What’s nice about this tour is you can be really into it or be passive throughout. Would recommend! And will be booking a different tour (hopefully) soon. 😊
wow - what a great choice for a chill Sunday - we did the Cliffs of Moher tour out of Limerick and we couldn’t of had a better tour guide and bus driver. all the complaints people make are so untrue. i almost didn’t book bc the negative reviews but you have to remember people only write negatives reviews when they have messed up or unhappy with themselves. the bus was on time and you had more than enough time to stop and see the sites along the way. if you want more stops or something more private then pay for it bc this was a great deal for 50 euros. we spent 1.5 hours at Cliffs, 45 mins for lunch & spent 2 hours driving around the country side before ending at Bunratty and back into town in Limerick. a big shout out to our driver ZICO - he was literally the best. to be honest i didn’t even realize until halfway through the tour that not only was he driving but he was also talking while driving one-handed at some points. this man was the real-deal and i want him next time i go on another paddywagon tour. very kind and truly cared about us having a good time. Thank you Zico & paddywagon tours - side note - be on time and stop complaining when you get left behind bc it’s your fault. not the tour companies.
