My electric bike ran through a problem and the lads here fix it within one day !! I went to the other shop before coming to Seven Ebike and they told me I have to order battery from the company. I got a huge relief when the lads here took care of my bike. Ordering battery will take about 2 weeks to even a month ! Huge thanks to Seven Ebike for a quick fix and I can tell it’s definitely the best bike shop in Ireland , whether you want to fix electric bikes or rent a bike.

I was very disappointed with the shop because they were not considerate. My rental bike’s tire became flat and damaged accidentally while I was in Dundrum on my way to work. The staff expected me to return to the shop for the repair and tire change, and they refused to reimburse the cost even though I was fortunate enough to find a nearby bicycle shop that could fix it for me. I was honestly happy with the service at first, but the way they responded to my messages was rude and showed no consideration at all.
