To operate a motorboat in Florida, customers born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete a Boater Safety Course and carry a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Completing a safety course is recommended for all renters, as it enhances safety for everyone on the water. All boats are covered by comprehensive insurance with a deductible, and towing coverage through SeaTow is included in the rental price. A refundable security deposit is required at pickup and may be paid in cash or held on a credit card for the duration of the rental.

Rental prices include instruction, cleaning, insurance, and SeaTow membership, while fuel costs are the responsibility of the customer. Boats must be returned with a full tank of fuel to avoid refueling charges and additional service fees. In case of mechanical problems, a replacement boat will be provided if available, or a partial refund will be issued. Delivery to vacation homes is available within the Cape Coral area for an extra fee, and all boats are equipped with onboard or iPad navigation systems. Cancellation policies offer full refunds for bookings canceled more than 60 days in advance and in cases of hurricanes or unexpected events, while shorter-notice cancellations are subject to partial or no refund depending on timing.
