We did the free walking tour of Alfama this afternoon and had a great experience. Our tour guide Bruno was a wealth of knowledge about history, architecture and Lisbon in general. His brief snippets of information were funny, informative and very interesting. It was a bit of a much needed workout but plenty of spots to stop to rest and listen to his fun stories along the way. This is a great way to get to know the oldest neighborhood in Lisbon.
