The layout is built to maximize sleeping flexibility, featuring two stand-up queen bedrooms on the main level, an upper bunk twin, and a lower bunk double bed. Additional sleeping space is provided upstairs with two sitting-room-height double beds, along with a pull-out sofa and a fold-down dinette in the main living area.

The vessel is equipped with two bathrooms, including one full bathroom with showers and a half bathroom, providing added convenience for larger groups staying onboard. A fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals with ease, while the front deck BBQ supports outdoor dining with lake views. The design combines practical amenities with a social layout intended to support both shared living and private rest.

Recreation and relaxation are central to the experience, with standout features such as a rooftop hot tub overlooking the water and a waterslide extending directly into the lake. A bimini top provides shade during daytime cruising, while an onboard fireplace adds warmth and ambiance during cooler evenings. Booking requires a $750 deposit to confirm reservations, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to departure. A $3,000 damage deposit is also required before boarding and is held on a credit card to cover potential issues such as damage, missing items, excessive cleaning needs, or late returns. Guests are expected to maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout their stay, ensuring the houseboat remains in good condition for all users.
