The property is walking distance to the marina, a pathway to the water, and a swimming dock, making it perfect for a family-oriented vacation. The RV is parked in a family environment and is not suitable for party groups or driving by renters.

Rental rates vary depending on the season with minimum bookings of three nights required. June and September offer discounted rates while July and August are premium. A damage deposit is required on the day of arrival. Guests can reach out to the marina for alternate dates if needed.
