Sunchaser Houseboat Redefines Luxury Floating Stays on the Water

A newly remodeled 54-foot houseboat, the Sunchaser, is offering a high-comfort way to experience life on the water, combining modern amenities with spacious accommodation designed for both small and larger groups. Built for relaxation and extended stays, the vessel blends upscale interiors with practical features suited for leisure cruising.

The layout includes three private double-bed staterooms, two penthouse-style rooms with sitting areas, and an additional lower berth bedroom with its own lounge space. Supplementary sleeping options include a living room hideabed and a couch, allowing the vessel to accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably, with an extra berth available for one additional passenger.

Onboard amenities are centered around comfort and entertainment. Guests can enjoy a rooftop hot tub, covered deck with BBQ, fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen, along with modern conveniences such as a TV, DVD system, and iPod-compatible stereo. The design also includes 1.5 bathrooms, a microwave, and a bimini top for shade, while stairway access leads to the elevated penthouse areas, enhancing both accessibility and views.

Booking requires a $750 deposit to secure reservations, with full payment due 60 days before charter. A $3,000 refundable damage deposit is also required prior to boarding to cover potential issues such as damage, late return, or excessive cleaning needs. With its combination of private sleeping quarters, social spaces, and recreational features, the Sunchaser is positioned as a floating retreat offering both comfort and waterfront adventure.
