If your desired date is not listed, customers are encouraged to contact the marina via email for assistance. The cancellation policy ensures clarity: hourly rentals require 21 or more days notice for a refund minus a processing fee, and multi-day rentals require 45 days. Cancellations due to severe weather or medical emergencies with proper documentation may receive a credit valid for the same year or the following year depending on timing and availability. This policy balances flexibility with planning needs while protecting both guests and the marina.
