I have only positive things to say about the Ionian Sailing retreat. The combination of sailing, yoga, and stand up paddling was perfect. It was a week where you could fully switch off from the stress of the outside world. Caroline was an amazing host and guide and I would not hesitate to book another trip with her. The food was great and stopping somewhere different for dinner each night was a great way to experience the Greek cuisine.
Definitely add this trip to your bucket list, the sailing was brilliant and as for the views I can only describe them as stunning. The mix of SUP and yoga provided many moments of fun, relaxation and adventure. This trip provides the opportunity to relax and restore your energy and disconnect from the challenges and responsibilities of your normal daily life. Life on a boat means you need to be prepared to share small spaces when below deck so be mindful of this if you don’t like sharing.
This was such a magical experience as a family, sunset SUP experience watching the starlings create their murmuration magic from the water. Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to be back.
