I've come here during my vacation twice now. Both times we were treated with respect and kindness. The first time, I utilized the option to have a tour guide with me so I could maximize how much I could learn about the history of Cozumel. The second time, I opted to venture out on my own with my daughter (no tour guide). We were able to take our time, take breaks when needed, and just kind of stroll around, checking out the local terrain as well as the ruins. It's extremely interesting and fun! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cozumel! Bring water so you don't have to buy it there. It's very hot and humid here, you will likely want water. With a tour guide it takes about 2.5 hours. Without a tour guide you can scoot through and see everything as quickly as hour to an hour and a half, or you can meander at your own pace and take as long as you want. Worth noting: you have to pay twice - once at the front entrance (I think it was USD $20/person but I don't remember. It was around that ) (card or cash) and then a second time before entering the ruins. The second price is USD $6/person CASH ONLY.

Honestly, the tequila is amazing. I’m not a tequila drinker, but when you understand what it is, you’re tasting and the beauty of the flavor it is extraordinary. Highly recommended. The admission price includes the tequila tasting as well as tacos and chocolate tasting, and a small show. Well worth the time and well worth the money. Five stars all the way. Don’t miss it

We visited as part of our Trikes Cozumel experience. The Mayan show was fun. The chocolate tasting was really good. Lunch were was pork tacos. Really tasty and filling. The tequila tasting was also good. They have some really good tequilas!
