Surfari

Surfari is a specialized surfing experience designed for intermediate and advanced surfers looking to explore the best surf locations and conditions in Maui. The tour lasts three hours and begins at the school location in Kihei, where participants meet with local guides to plan the session. The guides scout the top surf spots and lead small groups by convoy to ensure everyone can enjoy optimal waves. The start time is usually 7:30 am, and participants are advised to confirm surf conditions the night before. This experience allows surfers to invest more time in the ocean, improving skills while exploring Maui’s renowned breaks.

Operated by Action Sports Surf School, which has been teaching surfing and ocean safety since 1996, Surfari provides expert instruction and guidance for every participant. Instructors focus on helping surfers refine their techniques while maintaining safety in a fun and supportive environment. This session is suitable for individuals or families with previous surfing experience who want to elevate their skills and gain confidence in different surf conditions. Lessons are available Monday through Saturday, with no sessions on Sundays or public holidays. Equipment is provided and professional guidance ensures participants make the most of their surf adventure.
