My wife and I didn’t know what to expect. We enjoyed being able to walk throughout taking it all in. Our party ate a meal at the Angry Friar. It was British cuisine. My wife and I shared the Bangers and Mash. It was more than enough food for two. Our waitress was amazing. I am sure we would have had a similar experience at any of the many different restaurants available. I was awestruck while Trekking through Michael’s cave. What a fantastic geological experience. Our bus driver Cline was funny and fantastic as well. You can see his enthusiasm and experience driving those narrow streets. Thank you George Shay
From Malaga the bus collected us very early in the morning then we picked up many people on our way . We arrived to Gibraltar about 10.00, crossed a border. Our excursion (sightseeing tour) included to see Europa point, st. Michael’s cave ( there is an illumination show) and Monkeys. At 13.00 we had free time for lunch and shopping. Prices are better than in Europe for perfumes. Keep receipts because on border it might be asked. At 16.00 we departed from Gibraltar. At 18.30 we were at Malaga Center.
We recently toured the rock and enjoyed the excellent banter of Tommy Redmund. I was a skeptic about visiting Gibraltar but found it to be a fascinating place. I believe Tommy is a third generation Gibraltarian. He loves the place and it's unique history and culture. It's a simple visit from Spain. Park, walk over the order, and Tommy awaits you!
