This was incredible. Luca took me to the market. He helped me explain the meats that he was picking out. He explained the vegetables. He explained the flavor concept. We got back to the kitchen. He showed me the sangria. He showed me just topless that he was just putting it together. He’s explaining to me what top means, which I completely did not understand. Everything was so delicious, and then we started on the pasta. It was incredible just the way Luca taught the layering of spices and went to add salt and wanted to not add any more salt. Just simple things, then it led to this grand dish that tasted better than anything I expected. Luca goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable while you’re there to teach you, and through his teaching, he explained the concepts of the flavors and how to get the best flavoring. I would do that class again and again simply because the food was so delicious. Luca is a master at this, and I recommend this activity incredibly highly.

We had a great team event with Alix & Eoin! Great recipes, delicious food, and overall a very relaxed atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

Wonderful experience learning to cook paella with Chef Andrea. The tapas accompanied by drinks were delicious as well and we got free churros with hot chocolate. It’s up to guests how much they want to be involved in the cooking process. Would highly recommend this activity!

I did this tour by myself and it was wonderful. I met some cool people from around the world and our tour guide was very fun. We went to the market to purchase our fresh seafood for the paella before heading to the cooking class. It was very interactive and we all got to work together and then enjoy a meal together. Sangria was great too!
Sophia

This was SO fun to do and such a vibe with the markets, the sangria, lots of tapas meats and cheese while you cook, Andrea is so lovely and entertaining!

My team had an exceptional 4-hour cooking class experience. The friendly instructors made the demonstrations easy to follow, and the hands-on cooking session was perfect for collaboration, communication, and enjoying ourselves. The constant availability to answer questions was fantastic, and finishing the activity with a relaxed dinner made it an outstanding and highly engaging team-building choice.

I had a super evening with my colleagues cooking with Alix in Dublin. Great experience cooking together and the added bonus was we ate the results 😃
Kate

Booked a team night out at Alix's cookery school and it was very well organised, relaxed and fun.. What I enjoyed the most (apart from the gorgeous food) was that we had the place to ourselves so we could chat freely and roam around the room chatting to different colleagues, something you don't get when you just go out for dinner. We all sat together at the end and ate the food that we made - around a big old farmhouse type table. It felt like we had gone to someone's house for dinner but no-one had to cook (or wash up!). We will definitely be back again, thanks Alix and team!

With a group of 9, my team and I joined Alix for a really fun and educational evening of cooking. Alix and her team were wonderful hosts and ingredients were fresh and of high quality. I highly recommend this as a team building and bonding activity.
