It was fantastic. We did the Montserrat + Barcelona flight and it was extremely beautiful. Every single interaction with the staff was great, and the pilot gave us a very smooth ride. We were also lucky that the visibility was outstanding. We had an amazing time, and as a local, i do recomend it for both locals and tourists. It is fantastic seeing the city from above!

These people are amazing. They go completely above and beyond. Customer service is off the charts. First of all we didn’t even know where to go or what to do but we called and talked to Marce’ and she caught Miguel and sent him to our hotel to make sure we felt comfortable and knew what to do. Later that day we jumped in a cab bound for Coptering and our hotel sent us to the WRONG airport! Once again Miguel came to our rescue, he explained to our driver what was going on and made sure we got there safely. When we finally arrived they had waited for us, actually standing out front ready to wave in our taxi. Once inside we were treated to beverages while we watched our safety video. The flight was outstanding the pilot was clearly experienced and completely professional. We flew over Barcelona and the surrounding area with beautiful views of the whole city. I just couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tremendous people through and through I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Matt Fessler
