This covered pavilion offers seating with six large picnic tables, four grills, along with access to water and electricity, making it ideal for casual celebrations and group events. Adjacent bathrooms and a nearby watersports launch add to the convenience, although swimming is not permitted at this beach location. Due to limited parking, guest capacity is restricted, ensuring a more manageable and comfortable environment for your gathering.

Alcohol is not allowed, and while decorations are permitted, balloons, rice, birdseed, and structural modifications are prohibited. The rental fee is non-refundable within the stated policy window, and weather-related conditions do not qualify for refunds as this is an outdoor venue. Groups are responsible for cleaning the pavilion and disposing of all trash properly, with a cleaning fee applied if necessary. After booking, a rental contract will be sent and must be completed and returned to finalize your reservation.
