Excellent bike shop to get your bike repaired, serviced, etc. Staff is very friendly and supportive, have great expertise and always go the extra mile. I had to bring my bike in 3 times within a week and the team has been always super helpful. Whether it was a puncture, getting the gears indexed or sorting me out removing a few bits from the bike to get it ready for travel, they've been there to give a hand. Excellent service, fantastic customer service, and no waiting at all. They were always attentive and explained what was wrong with my bike. I had a hard fall and had to go to a nearby bike shop. They told me they couldn't help because they didn't have the other wheel, which is what had broken. They told me there was another bike shop just 3 minutes away, so I went to the BikeStop and explained my situation. They were very kind and fixed it in a matter of minutes. They were very helpful and made a huge difference. Thank you so much.
