Saco Bound is offering a comprehensive river recreation experience that blends paddling, tubing, and camping into a single outdoor adventure. Designed for full-day or multi-day trips, the experience caters to families, friends, and youth groups seeking a scenic and active getaway along the river.

Guests can select from a wide range of watercraft, including canoes, tandem and touring kayaks, recreational kayaks, paddleboards, and tubes. Many trips conclude at Lovewell Pond, where calmer waters provide a peaceful setting for relaxation after time spent navigating the river.

Two riverside campgrounds, Saco Pines and The Landing, provide well-equipped accommodations featuring docks for swimming, picnic tables, fire rings, and restroom facilities. All camping stays require a permit, which must be obtained in person at the Saco Bound Main Base prior to arrival.

Each adventure begins with a detailed safety briefing and river map to ensure participants are well-prepared. Private river access and parking are included for convenience, while optional add-ons such as dry bags, floating totes, coolers, and insurance enhance comfort.
