Customer Reviews
This place needs further innovative ideas. The reception and the cafe are run by two people running between service counters. Th place is very cold. Provide more fun way of exploiting the resources.
Great experience. They explain before you start with a video. 1 hour is enough time and great value for you money as you get exhausted quickly. A few varieties of activities and great for bonding for kids and adults. Great experience and exercise. Parking is great, food venues around also. Not that much private space to keep your stuff (lockers) but there are little open cubicles to keep your stuff in for free :)
I would like to share my deep disappointment after visiting Jump Zone Liffey Valley with my family. We came with the idea of enjoying ourselves together – parents and child – but unfortunately the experience was frustrating at almost every stage. Main Court: The trampolines are far too small for adults. Only two larger ones are available, constantly crowded, and even there backflips are not allowed, despite the waiver we signed taking responsibility for ourselves. This ruined the whole point of adult participation. Performance Trampolines: Completely restricted for birthdays and private groups. The only decent place for adults to jump was off-limits. Dodgeball Zone: Again closed for parties – paying customers had no access. Ninja Course: Staff enforced unnecessary restrictions and scolded my wife for climbing in a perfectly safe way, instead of creating a positive atmosphere. AirBag Pit: Out of four lanes, one was broken and simply shut down. Waiting 30 minutes for a single jump while an entire lane stood unused is unacceptable. Battle Beam: Only one beam was working, the other blocked just because there were no sticks. Long queues and poor organization completely killed the fun. Climbing Frames & Soft Play: Acceptable for children, but nothing remarkable. Overall, it felt like the park is neglected, with equipment broken or restricted, areas closed off, and staff more focused on making negative remarks than helping. We paid full price expecting family fun, but left with disappointment. At this point, we have no desire to return.
