Customer Reviews
Good hardware supplier in the santry area. All the essentials for the trade and Diy
Got a new bathroom fitted two years ago. Very badly managed with little coordination of various contractors involved ie plumbers, tilers, electricians and fitters causing long delays. Ceiling was left unfinished and I just gave up trying to get ceiling work completed through contacting work supervisor and outlet. This followed having paid in full. Units installed are of inferior quality compared to similar bathroom install I had done previously. Renovation cost comparable to what was quoted by other bathroom suppliers though certainly not a "Budget" provider. I followed up in last two months with bathroom retail manager to get work completed and offering to pay extra for new ceiling embellishment. However there was no follow up with me since, despite my goodwill to get get my bad customer experience resolved satisfactorily. Needless to say I will never engage again or recommend!! I have since gone elsewhere to another local bathroom provider and, despite the additional cost, I am happy that work was completed with better pricing, to a higher standard and far more professionally.
Went in store to price a few doors.. Shane was excellent and helped me a lot. Had good product knowledge and a great guy to deal with. Defo go back there.
