Great experience! ALL the staff is k8nd and corteous. However Kaila at the ticket center was the best. Shevwas very patience, helpful, amicable and informative. Facilities are pristine clean. All the exhibits are awesome, interactive, educative, they have videos, and more. We ended up buying the year membership so we can continue visiting to have more time to enjoy. If visiting from put of state I would reccomend to spend the whole day and for a better experience 2 days!

I love everything about this experience! I enjoyed every bit of it. The Museum of the Bible is absolutely stunning from the moment you walk in, you’re immersed in rich history, thoughtful storytelling, and captivating exhibits. Every floor offers something unique, and the combination of interactive displays, artifacts, and powerful narratives makes the visit unforgettable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was both inspiring and peaceful. I left feeling enriched, moved, and excited to come back again. Truly a must-visit!

This was a wonderful experience. I am glad we were finally able to go. We purchased tickets in advance on their websites for $34.99. But if you just go right now the admission tickets are 50% off (dind out after purchase) and I do not know until when (please check website) plus we had to pay for the shows. We definitely recommend Washington Revelation ride ($$) and the Nazareth walk through (no charge) where different Presenters explained thoroughly each setting. We paid $13.99 total for parking at 398 6th street for 3 hours which is a 3- minute walk. Food court (6th floor) closes at 4PM. We did not make it on time. Overall. We like it.

I have been here now on two occasions a year apart. Excellent is the only word that will begin to describe the refined design and execution of the mission here. Excellent. The staff is so helpful and cheerful. The places to rest and take it all in are well done. The museum uses immersive methods to bring you in to the content. Excellent. There is food and refreshments available. Restrooms are available on every floor. My advice- see the Creation exhibit on the first level. You will weep. Excellent.

The Museum of the Bible is far more than just a historical exhibit; it's a truly immersive and well-cared-for experience that deserves a full day of exploration. From the moment you step inside, the attention to detail is evident. The nice, clean floors reflect light and set a welcoming, pristine tone for the entire building—a level of cleanliness that extends even to the essential spots, as the clean bathrooms throughout the museum are clearly well-maintained. The core of the experience, the amazing stories of the Bible, are told through innovative, engaging, and interactive exhibits that captivate both casual visitors and dedicated scholars. It's a journey through history and narrative that feels both educational and inspiring. If you're visiting with family, the amazing kids part is an absolute highlight, offering younger visitors a hands-on, fun way to engage with the material. Beyond the exhibits, the amenities are top-notch. The staff deserves a huge shout-out; the entire team is made up of great staff who are knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help guide you. And when you're ready for a break, the dining experience on the sixth floor is excellent. They offer great food options that are both satisfying and delicious, a perfect mid-day refueling spot. Finally, no visit is complete without a stop at the cool gift shop, which is packed with unique items and souvenirs. If there's one piece of advice to maximize your trip, it's this: come early in the morning. The sheer size and depth of the collection mean you'll need the whole day to utilize all the experience and truly appreciate everything this fantastic museum has to offer.
