We had a beautiful time sampling wines from all over Italy, combined with an assortment of incredible cheeses and meats delicately prepared and served! Sommelier was insightful and very kind! Would highly recommend to anyone!

We had a fantastic time on this wine pairing experience! It was just our party, and Ginevra did a great job explaining everything in both English and Italian. We booked the Fabullus tasting, which was described as a light lunch and was just the right amount of food. The cellar is centuries old, although you’d never guess that from the modern decor. We tasted wines, cheeses, meat, and more from around Italy. We bought bottles of two of the wines we tasted to go with dinner that night. Grazie mille, Ginevra!!

Book last minute and we were the only 2 there and it was superb. Ginevra was an excellent host and really took time to explain the wines and the food snacks. If you enjoy wine, then you must visit this wine cellar in Rome.

We had a fantastic wine tasting. The wine was great and the food amazing. Our very nice and enthusiastic host, Lorenzo, did a wonderful job by explaining everything in our glasses and on our plates. Really a nice location and a wonderful experience. Thank you! We'll be back...

Wow! 4 olives, 3 cheeses, 4 breads, 3 jellies, 6 meats, mini sandwich, Buffalo mozzarella w sundried tomatoe, ricotta w pistachio & mulberry, gorganzola with walnut on riddiquo, eggplant, unknown yummy (olive?)
