Guided Paddle Board Excursion Brings Fun and Adventure to Rehoboth Bay

Visitors looking for an exciting way to experience Delaware’s coastal waters can join a 75-minute guided paddle board excursion on the calm and shallow waters of Rehoboth Bay. Led by a certified instructor, the experience welcomes participants of all skill levels, from complete beginners to those wanting to refine their technique. Each session includes a paddle board, paddle, safety equipment, professional instruction, and complimentary photos to capture the adventure. The excursion is priced at $65 per person.

Daily tours operate throughout the season, beginning at 8:30 AM from Dewey Beach, conveniently located near Delaware Seashore State Park. The location makes it easily accessible for guests staying in Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Lewes, and North Bethany. Calm waters and scenic surroundings provide an ideal environment for learning and enjoying stand-up paddle boarding.

Weather conditions are carefully monitored to ensure a safe experience. If strong winds affect the bay, participants may choose to switch to a kayak or enjoy the excursion on the peaceful Broadkill River in Milton. Group sessions require a minimum of two participants, while solo travelers can join an existing group or upgrade to a private one-on-one lesson for personalized instruction.

Families are welcome, although children under the age of 13 are required to book a dedicated group session. Guests can also take advantage of complimentary parking before 10:00 AM daily and after 5:00 PM on Mondays along Dagsworthy Street, making it easy to begin a memorable day on the water.
