Gorgeous experience with an amazing, magical view of Harry Potter Bridge! Unfortunately, as we went off season in winter, the train wasn't running but it was still amazing to see! Paid parking of £4 off season.
Stunning views, but lacks basic infrastructure 🚂 The Viaduct is iconic and a must-see for Harry Potter fans, but the management of the site is disappointing given its global popularity. Facilities: There are zero washrooms near the viewpoints or the arches. If you are waiting for the train, be prepared for a long trek back to the visitor center. Safety: The paths are extremely slippery and muddy, especially in typical Scottish weather. Despite the huge crowds, there are no security personnel or staff present to warn visitors or manage the dangerous spots.
Nice and quiet place. The trail is good, enough. We visited it for the first time and expected to see the viaduct from above or close range. Unfortunately, couldn't see the view from the viaduct itself. But, certainly it transports you to the world of Harry Potter, where you can imagine the Hogwarts Express running through the viaduct!
