Large beautiful flea market with very friendly vendors. Ceils has awesome food at great prices. Not sure on total number of vendors but I know there is over 50!

Trailer was broken into. Whoever broke into it wasn’t able to get inside but they took everything they could on the outside. Propane tank, etc. When the owners were called they came out but didn’t offer any compensation.

I stayed there a couple months ago. Not real upscale but everything works. It's clean and decent people. Has a shower for men and women. Real close to the Sabine for fishing. Try it.

I really enjoyed living there at different times I engaged in the activities, I had booth at their Tradesday. I made many long term friends there, employees to neighbors. Not to forget Veal food truck on property. She's become my sweet friend

This place has truly grown since we started going here. There are so many cool things to look at while your here. My favorite though is purchasing cedar. The cedar board prices are very reasonable and are absolutely gorgeous pieces. I have had "the cedar man" do many pieces of customized work for us as gifts and they are truly amazing. Be sure and check this place out when you get a chance, they have something for everyone.
