Kayak L3-L4 ACA instructor certification workshop 5-day

American Canoe Association (ACA) Instructor Certification workshops are designed for individuals who want to teach flatwater, moving water, or whitewater kayaking, canoeing, stand up paddleboarding, or swiftwater rescue. Led by highly experienced ACA Instructor Trainers, these courses present the most current teaching and paddling techniques. Each certification course has two parts: an Instructor Development Workshop, where trainers teach effective methods and improve paddling skills of aspiring instructors, and an Instructor Certification Workshop, where participants lead a mock course in flatwater, moving water, or whitewater. Certification is based on both paddling and teaching skills and is not guaranteed. These workshops are intended for those with intermediate to advanced paddling skills and prior teaching experience.
