School/Youth Group Bookings

Pima Air and Space Museum offers engaging educational visits for school and youth groups with special admission rates for qualifying organizations. Groups must book in advance to receive discounted or free admission, and daily student limits apply. Schools within Pima County that do not charge tuition may receive free admission for students and in-ratio chaperones, while other schools and tuition-based programs qualify for discounted rates. All groups are self guided unless a private tour or class has been arranged beforehand. Scout groups must attend in uniform to qualify for special rates, and siblings are not eligible for discounts.

Chaperone ratios are required for all visiting groups, and teachers count toward the ratio. One designated organizer per group is allowed outside the ratio and is responsible for supervision and communication with museum staff. Outside food is not permitted inside the museum, though groups may use the outdoor picnic area and reenter afterward. Backpacks are not allowed for students and must remain on the bus. Bookings must be completed online within the required timeframe, and cancellations must be submitted in writing in advance to qualify for a refund.
