School/Youth Group Bookings

The Tucson Military Vehicle Museum offers an engaging and educational experience for school and youth groups with a strictly guided one-hour field trip. Each visit includes a forty-five minute guided tour through the museum, where students can explore an impressive collection of military vehicles and learn about their historical significance. Groups are required to adhere to strict chaperone ratios based on grade level, and extra adults beyond the allowed chaperone number are not permitted to participate in the tour. Scout groups in uniform may qualify for free or discounted admission, while siblings and students not in uniform will need to pay regular rates. All bookings must be made at least fourteen days in advance, and there is no availability for school groups during March. Students are not allowed to bring backpacks onto museum grounds, though teachers and chaperones may carry one bag each.

The museum provides a safe and organized environment for students to learn about military history while following all safety protocols. Groups may use the nearby covered outdoor eating area for lunches, though the museum does not store food, and schools must transport and manage their lunches.
