Hired some bikes with my brothers for a very nice afternoon in Queenstown. The team was great at explaining the trail and mentioned where we could find some goats & chickens on the way. Very scenic and enjoyable! They were also very understanding when we arrived slightly late due to changing onto the wrong trail on our way back.
We had the best experience with Better By Bike. Each person we dealt with were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had the best day exploring the Gibbston Valley bike trail and the e-bikes made it particularly fun for the teens! It was also so awesome to have the opportunity of just going one way as well, as a long lunch at a vineyard feels too relaxing to bike again :) I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!!
