Your evening begins with a peaceful snowmobile sleigh transfer through the snowy winter landscape. Wrapped in warm blankets, you glide quietly through the forest as your guide leads you away from the everyday world and into an intimate, rustic setting surrounded by nature. Upon arrival at Metsola, you are welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere where the charm of the wilderness blends seamlessly with refined hospitality.

Inside, a wilderness chef prepares a carefully crafted three course dinner inspired by the pure flavors of the North. Seasonal ingredients gathered from lakes, forests, and fells are transformed into elegant dishes that celebrate Lapland’s natural bounty, including wild herbs, local game, handpicked berries, and forest greens. Each course reflects sustainability, storytelling, and a slow, thoughtful approach to cooking. Guests may enhance the experience with a curated wine pairing or a non alcoholic drink package. Reservations are required by 18:00 on the day before the dinner, and transportation from Levi center at Hissitie 11 is included in the price, ensuring a seamless and memorable evening in the wilderness.
