Rulten is one of the most remote summits in Norway. The east summit was first climbed in 1903 and the west summit in 1955. This route is long and physically demanding with exposed climbing sections. The journey takes two days and depends on boat transport and weather conditions. Climbers need to be physically fit and ready to put in full effort. The trip offers stunning views, midnight sun, and a memorable alpine traverse experience.

Our guides are IFMGA certified and can lead climbers in one long push or over two days. Technical equipment like ropes, harness, helmet, and rock rack is supplied. Participants need high-top mountaineering shoes and must carry a backpack with personal equipment, clothes, food, and water. Flexibility in timing is important as weather and dry conditions affect the start. This adventure provides an unmatched experience in the heart of Lofoten with breathtaking scenery.
