Disgraceful expensive scam. I brought my vw golf for a lick of the coolant liquid. They pushed me to spend more than 6k to do additional “essential” job which I ultimately agreed on. The main real problem I had hasn’t been fixed as I still have the lick. I had to bring the car back to them at 3-4 times and nothing happened. The last time I’ve been there they told me to go back after 1.000 km for a check. I called them once a few months ago just to be told that someone would have reached out to me, and nothing happened. I called them back again just to hear that there’s nothing else they can do because they don’t serve VW anymore. The cherry on the cake: part of the “essential” work to be done was changing the disk brakes that after just a few months are completely rusted.

I recently brought my Mercedes E220 to MSL Service Centre North for servicing. This is not my first time using their service, but it is the first time I have been treated so poorly as a customer. As with previous visits, I needed to rent a courtesy car during the service so I could continue with my work. I drive an automatic car, and in the past I was always provided with a similar vehicle, most importantly an automatic. This time, however, I was given a manual Skoda Kamiq. I immediately pointed this out to the agent who handled the handover (I did not catch her name, but she clearly did not want to be there). Her response was that there was nothing else available and that if I didn’t accept it, I would be left without a car. I have not driven a manual car in a long time, but out of fear of missing important commitments that day and because I depend on a car for transport, I felt forced to accept it. This situation was very uncomfortable and unnecessary. On top of that, I was originally scheduled for a B Service. After checking the car, I was told that I actually needed an A3 Service instead. When I asked how much the standard A3 Service would cost, I was told it would be the same price as the B Service. I genuinely do not understand how two different service types, with different work involved, can cost the same. For the amount of money paid to this business, customers should be treated accordingly — not with a lack of courtesy cars, not with indifference, and certainly not with negligence. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. As a matter of principle, I will not return to this service centre again, and I would advise anyone who values their money and expects proper customer service to think twice before going here. You pay a lot, yet you are not treated with the respect you deserve.

I had an emergency situation with my Tiguan when I couldn’t open the diesel reservoir. I called MSL for assistance, and their response was incredibly fast. In no time, they unlocked the door, gave me access to fill up my car, and I was able to continue with my day without any further delays. Seven days later, they completed the full repair using brand-new, genuine VW parts. The entire process was smooth, with no issues and no hassle at all. A big thank you to Alfredo for handling everything professionally from start to finish. Excellent service—highly recommended!
