My husband had a great time! I booked him a middle seat last minute for $100! Great experience. These doors on and doors off rides. For his tour the doors were on but the doors are all glass. They recommend you wear dark clothing as to not cause a reflection in the glass. It makes for better photos for everyone. :) They took off from a section of the airport and went all over the West side of Maui. Hanging low passing waterfalls, the coastline, & exquisite jungle views. The ride is about an hour. You wear headphones so it isn't loud and you can hear the pilot's narration of what you are looking at. 100% would recommend. (He doesn't take good photos, but you can see how lush the areas are! He said being in the middle didn't hinder his view.)

We did the West Maui and Molokai tour, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The towering cliffs and waterfalls over Molokai were unlike anything we’ve ever seen. This experience was truly unforgettable — a must-do when visiting Maui!
