Customer Reviews

It was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the country’s history, culture, and landscapes. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. Our guide, Facundo, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and always willing to answer questions. He made the tour both interesting and enjoyable. The driver, Mali, also did a great job transporting us safely and smoothly to each destination. The bus was clean and comfortable, which made the journey between stops very pleasant. Most of the places we visited were charming and enjoyable. However, the last stop in Marken was a bit disappointing. It is a very small town, and unfortunately there wasn’t much to see. The church there was closed, so we couldn’t even go inside, which made the visit feel somewhat underwhelming. Despite the final stop, I would still recommend this tour for anyone who wants to gain a better understanding of the Netherlands.

Visiting in January, the heated coach was incredibly convenient—much better than navigating the cold public transport! Volendam was the highlight; it felt like a vibrant local island. The fried fish there was outstanding—tender, crispy, and honestly better than any I’ve had in the UK! Edam was also fascinating; we learned so much about Dutch history and culture. The Windmill Village (Zaanse Schans) is stunning and a must-see. Despite the drizzle, it was a beautiful experience. Don't miss the hot chocolate and fresh Stroopwafels—they are absolutely mind-blowing! Pro tip: You’ll visit a cheese factory, but keep in mind that the same brand is available everywhere in Amsterdam city centre. No need to heavy-lift them all the way back! Lastly, a huge thank you to our driver and guide for their wonderful stories and professional service. They made the trip truly enjoyable!

Our trip today with Bea was absolutely beautiful. She was so informative and patient with the group, she shared lots of super interesting information about the places we stopped at without it being long and boring like on other tours. Would 10000% recommend for you !
