Ayse painstakingly put together an action-packed 3-week private itinerary through Patagonia, Santiago, Rapa Nui, the Atacama Desert and the Andean Plateau of Bolivia. The views were spectacular, the food delicious, and the guides were always keen to show me exactly what I wanted to see--with plenty of animal surprises! Ayse's patience, attention to detail, and responsiveness were second to none, and her coordination with her Bolivian counterpart (Anne Bialek, Thaki Voyage) was seamless. Bolivia was equally amazing--people thought my photos were AI-generated. Highly recommend Ayse, Thomas, and Anne--spectacular job!
Wow! I would give them 6 stars, if only possible. We are so happy that we have chosen Chile Private Tours to organise our tours in Valparaiso and Santiago de Chile. Thomas and his entire team were simply the best! They organised everything to the smallest detail, arranged for transportation, provided super guides for our tours, recommended best restaurants, everything! We have discussed in advance detailed agenda for our short stay in Santiago and Valpo and performed our itineary as scheduled. I only regret that we have not deciced to organise our entire Chilean tour with Thomas and his team. They are extremely knowable, with impecable English, very flexible and nice people! If only possible ask Thomas to be your guide - he is a super interesting person witch huge knowledge about past and presence of Chile. We will be back to Chile and for sure will book our tour with Chile Private Tours again!
The four of us stayed in Chile for 10 days. The agency organized everything for us – from guides and drivers to travel within Chile. Everything was perfectly arranged, on time, and according to plan. We received immediate responses to our messages. We needed to make a few changes to the itinerary, and everything was smoothly handled on the go. Our city guides and our guide in the Atacama were kind, professional, and engaging. Top-notch service that made our stay in Chile unforgettable.
I was in Santiago for business and had a day to see the area. I arranged a last minute tour of Valparaiso and Casablanca wine region with Chile Private Tours. Carlos was my driver and he was very kind and knowledgeable and we had a nice chat on the drive. In Valparaiso I met my walking guide,Loreto, and we had a great walk through the town and she showed me the unique architecture of the area, the many funiculars to ascend and descend the steep hills. Carlos recommended a great port side seafood restaurant and I had a delicious local soup. Then we stopped at a winery in Casablanca and had a very nice tasting with a nice snack of cheese, bread and grapes. Really nice day. I often book private tours because I find group tours move too slow for my liking and I prefer to spend time int he areas that interest me and speed through those that do not. Also private tours are great for learning the area in the way I want to. Chile Private Tours did not disappoint. The communication to book was very easy, clear and responsive. The guides were friendly and enjoyable to spend time with.
