Carlos was an awesome guide! He was so knowledgeable and flawlessly glided between several languages during our tour, even translating the Arabic on the walls. He created fun opportunities to make the experience more interactive and made it even more entertaining just by loving what he does!

This trip was exceptional. Possible the best I have ever experienced. Of course the Albraham is without doubly one of the most incredible places you could possibly visit and they certainly helps. However our tour guide was so informative and generous with his time this made the experience even better. Visiting the baths directly from the Albraham ensured we felt like royalty. The design of the baths takes elements from the Albraham and it was wonderful to feel part of a historic setting. The baths were deeply relaxing and very much appreciated after a long walk.

The guide (Carlos) was very funny and knowledgeable. We had a good time with him guiding us. He patiently explained and answered all our questions and he took care of the needs of the tour participants. Also, the driver (Michael): It is always a pleasure to meet him and talk to him!
