Huge waterfalls from the lake above Petrohue, good walkways to view them and a 20 minute "lovers walk" down the river. Pretty spectacular even on a wet miserable day...

Ridiculously impressive. A very easy walk with level access for people with restricted mobility. Other walks available in the park too are worth it. You're at the falls in 10 minutes and they are amazing. Definitely worth the visit.

The petrohue waterfalls is a beaultifull place. There are 3 paths for you walk and see the pretrohue vegetarion, the waterfalls, the beaultifull river with esmerald color. There are publics bathrooms, restaurants and suvenir shops.

Was nice with lots of beautiful views and it was not busy at all most likely because it was closer to winter time not peak tourist season here. It was a little cool but a decent coat will keep you warm a decent pair of boots too. It was wet and cool so some slippery surfaces especially near the waterfall.

During our stay in Puerto Varas, we visited this remarkable spot along with the nearby lake, both of which are absolutely worth seeing. Getting there was straightforward and affordable—we simply took a local bus. The site itself is stunning, featuring vibrant blue, fast-flowing water. While some may call them waterfalls, I’d describe them more as rapids due to their dynamic flow. Either way, it’s a spectacular sight and an absolute must-visit for anyone in the area.
