Your visit begins at the Generalife Gardens, a serene retreat that once welcomed the Nasrid sultans during the warm season. You will wander through elegant courtyards adorned with fragrant flowers, gentle fountains, and graceful water channels that reflect the harmony of Moorish landscape design. From the upper terraces, breathtaking views open across the magnificent Alhambra and the historic city of Granada, offering a peaceful introduction to this remarkable heritage site.
The journey continues to the Alcazaba, the oldest section of the complex, where strong walls and ancient towers reveal the military brilliance of the Nasrid period. From Torre de la Vela, sweeping panoramas extend toward the majestic Sierra Nevada and the Darro valley. The experience concludes at the Palace of Charles V, whose grand Renaissance courtyard contrasts beautifully with the refined Moorish artistry nearby, symbolizing a powerful transformation in Spanish history.

Great trip. We joined the group and together we visited Alhambre. Great and very communicative guide Gustavo. He took care of the group, he talked a lot and interestingly. We are very pleased. We recommend.

The tour was great. The guide was very informative and we got quite an education. This has nothing to do with the company, but you need to be aware that this tour does not include the most amazing part of the Alhambra and that is the palaces. You need to plan in advance and go onto the official website for the Alhambra and purchase tickets which are only €19 each to get access to Alhambra. Don't make the mistake of relying on one of these tour companies to secure the tickets for you. With that said, I would still recommend this tour, but be sure to include the part where you have the actual ticket. The guide was so helpful when he discovered we didn't have the tickets that he encouraged me during peak time to just keep going onto the official website and finally two tickets popped up at the end of the day so we were able to go in. Other companies are trying to get you to spend up to €200 per person when you can do it yourself.

It was fabulous! We loved the Generalife gardens and information provided by our guide. We did find the guide’s switching from Spanish to English a little harder to follow though, than an English only tour. Unfortunately we didn’t realise that we were only seeing the gardens and not any of the palaces. Our mistake. I visited in 1988 and the Alhambra ticket included the palaces. All in all a wonderful tour but fellow travelers, make sure you get the ticket that includes everything.
