To say that Captain James saved the day is a massive understatement. We were in town celebrating my daughter’s 12th birthday and had planned a shelling charter… only for our original charter to be a complete no-show - NO CALL, nothing. Total gut punch. Enter Captain James — who was actually supposed to be off that day. He saw a group of disappointed kids sitting on a dock and genuinely felt terrible for us. Instead of shrugging it off, he stepped up and took us out. What followed was an absolutely incredible day and a memory my daughter will never forget. And as if that wasn’t enough, James literally dived into 62-degree water to retrieve my daughter’s phone after she dropped it in the dock. That alone tells you everything you need to know about the kind of person he is. Karma is real, and Captain James is proof. He’s professional, kind, selfless, and truly cares about people — not just the charter. I would recommend him 7 days a week without hesitation. If you’re lucky enough to get on his boat, you’re in great hands.
This was an awesome experience! I am extremely happy we booked this guy, Captain Jack! He made this tour amazing with scenery, wildlife and knowledge! The dolphins were really fun to see at the foot of our boat chasing the wakes he was creating! I would recommend this tour with this gentleman to anyone! Thanks again for the wonderful experience!!!
