Called to ask about a specific boot and size, gentleman was 100% sure he had the boot " I have loads of them " he said. I travelled into town in the lashings of rain laid for parking, walked in the rain, I met the gentlemen I was on the phone to, showed him the boots I need " I have none of them " he said having assured me he did have them. nice staff and they shop seemed to have loads of stuff but that is my experience anyway
I bought a Colombia brand shoe 6 months ago. This shoe is waterproof. However, before the 6th month, the shoe opened from both sides. In other words, the opening occurred from the seams, which were not user error. Then, before the 6th month, I took it to the store. At first, they said they would take care of it and told me to leave the shoe for 1 week. After 1 week, without doing anything to the shoe, they told me that they could not change it because it had been 5 months. This store does not stand behind its product. I recommend that you buy the shoes from their original stores. I think the store does not sell original products.
