All rentals must be returned by 8 a.m. on the scheduled return date, and the rental period is available on a daily or weekly basis. Renters must be at least 16 years old to book online and sign the agreement, although passengers of all ages are allowed. Sleds must be returned clean and in the same condition as rented, with after-hour drop-off available within the 24-hour rental period. KLIM gear is also available for rent, and shelves are provided for storing helmets and other gear during drop-off, ensuring a smooth and organized rental experience.
