My First Paella invites you to experience the authentic Valencian paella in a fun and engaging way. You will meet our team of native chefs at San Valero Parish and visit Ruzafa Market to select the freshest ingredients, while learning about the history, customs, and culture behind this iconic dish. Afterward, we will walk to the kitchen where you will enjoy a warm welcome with tapas and sangria. Our chef will guide you step by step through the preparation of the paella, ensuring you master every key element while sharing interesting stories about Valencian culinary traditions.

Once the paella is ready, we will sit together to savor your creation, paired with a fresh Valencian tomato salad, regional wines, seasonal fruits, and the typical Valencian sponge cake. Traditional Spanish drinks like Cazalla, coffee, and sweet mistela complete the experience.
