Spaces were cramped added to that when overcrowded made it dangerous since many patrons were skating near full speed on carpeted areas. The worst part was the edm (i like some edm but not whatever this was) and game involving a whistle! It was high pitched and obnoxious i would suggest a train whistle instead. The staff was wonderful though. I honestly couldn't wait to leave and used to love roller rinks. My experience at their other location in Gr was much better.

Went roller skating on New Year's Eve with my wife and daughter. They were having a New Year's Eve party with Bluey and Bingo with a balloon drop and prizes for the kids. It was absolutely packed and they did a great job making sure we had a skate mate and everything that we needed. We will definitely be back!

This was my first time bringing my kids here. For the 1pm skating event they ended another event at 1pm so they wouldn’t let us in until 1:15pm, which wouldn’t have been bad if it wasn’t 20 degrees out. I had kid water bottles and was told to put them back in my car. When I got in other people had personal water bottles at their tables. So I guess hide them? They charged me $5 to watch my kids skate, which I said they should list on their website and was told that they do. I looked back again and still couldn’t find the ‘spectator’ charge listed anywhere. You do get a drink and popcorn with being a spectator, but again, I just wish I knew that ahead of time. My kids had fun skating but one did complain there were cracks in the floor. They were ready to go after an hour and an half. Afterwards they said they prefer the skating rink in Grandville better.

1. rude employees especially the woman the rental counter 2. Out of several pop flavors...especially the flavors with no caffeine for younger kids 3. Out of change...my change was all nicklea and pennies. 4.Floor was dirty and didn't look vacuumed 5. food was cold even when first buzzed to come get it. Pop corn cold and gross. 6. Bounce house not supervised and kdis were wrestling in it making it impossible for Littles to enjoy it.

I would like to say the experience of the activity was the best part ... the organization of it it sucked big time felt uncomfortable, judgmental remarks, unstable in every way from pricing to having decorations done to hosting when the actual person who assure us Ms Karen who say she does these events on a regular to being told different things by different staff to be handled by a staff member who is taking over this new location to have lack of everything 😥😥😥they didn't honor what they spoke of it felt like they just was not into hosting our party and this is the location located on 3651 84 Street Byron center Street not 52nd Street location big difference same people I guess cause of the neighborhood 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️the whole part of it all bad I know nowadays you have to take pictures for people to believe what you say phones is the key to everything 😩and I fail to do that but I must say God allowed us to get through the day with great support from teachers, family ,and associates, who agenda was to make sure our kids enjoyed themselves we all made the best of it due to the lack of everything one birthday we will never forget and first and last time for that location for sure if skating is an option I learned there's more than one place to choose before this place and if money is an option with all black prints on PAPER with no surprises the day of event 👈🏽👈🏽👈🏽👈🏽👈🏽🤦🏽‍♀️🤯🤯🤯🤯😡there's more than one place to choose than this place especially when you spending over $500 good day everyone! thank you God for humble spirit 🙌🏽two parties same host myself and sister in law same time treated differently 🙌🏻🙌🏿🙌🏻🙌🏿and the staff showed there hand for sure neverreerr everrr again
