This place is terrible!! I’m disgusted in the treatment of our property, Gave our clothes and cellphone to randoms.Thousands of dollars worth of items given away. If it wasn’t for these kind people that they gave our stuff to it would’ve been gone forever. The worker then tried to argue with us and said the person she gave it to was part of our family. She has a skin condition on her face. She tried to blame us knowing it was her fault we told her repeatedly they were not associated with us! I’m ashamed of this place never coming back !
Paid 300 for 2 riders and 2 observers. Cant bring your camera. They take pictures for you and send you a link. The pictures they sent in link are blurry and not well taken. Definitely not worth purchasing. The ride is supposed to take 30mins. We were picked up at beach, rode banana boat out to boat, parasailed, rode banana boat back all in 21 mins. Would not recommend for the money spent.
We had a lot of fun parasailing! Update! Was a great experience totally understand that the guy was new taking pictures the company refunded me thank you!
