Arctic Bushcraft Skills & Ice Floating Experience

Enjoy an immersive arctic adventure designed for those aged 15 and older. Begin with a bushcraft program where you will learn traditional survival skills, including building temporary shelters, fire making, and traditional hunting and fishing methods. The morning session ends with a hearty lunch to refuel before the next adventure. After lunch, participants get dressed in drysuits with warm hoods and gloves and step into the hole in the ice for a unique ice floating experience. You can relax, play in the icy water, or simply enjoy the sensation of floating supported by the water.

The day concludes with a traditional Finnish sauna by the lake, offering a warm and relaxing end to a thrilling experience. Ice swimming is optional for those seeking an extra dose of arctic excitement. This adventure combines practical outdoor skills with fun and wellness, creating a memorable and engaging day in the arctic environment. Wheelchair users may be able to join a snowmobile ride to experience the environment in a safe and accessible way.
