Take The Pilot Seat For An Unforgettable Helicopter Flight Experience Over New Zealand Landscapes
Experience the thrill of aviation by taking the controls of a modern Cabri G2 training helicopter during this immersive thirty-minute trial flight. This unique opportunity allows you to sit in the pilot seat alongside a highly qualified instructor, providing a genuine perspective on what it takes to operate a rotary-wing aircraft. Whether you are an aspiring pilot or simply seeking a new adventure, this session is designed to build confidence while delivering an exhilarating experience in the sky.
Before you lift off, you will participate in a comprehensive pre-flight briefing that covers essential safety procedures, basic aircraft mechanics, and an overview of what to expect during your time in the air. This educational foundation ensures that you feel prepared and secure before the engine starts. Once airborne, you will be guided through the fundamental phases of flight, including take-off, hovering, and controlled forward maneuvers, all while utilizing the dual controls under the watchful eye of your expert instructor.
The flight itself is structured to be both exciting and informative, allowing you to engage with the aircraft in a safe and controlled environment. You will gain a deeper understanding of helicopter flight dynamics as you navigate the skies, making this an ideal activity for those looking to challenge themselves. The experience is not just about the flight; it is about the personal achievement of mastering the controls and seeing the world from a completely different vantage point.
Following your landing, a detailed post-flight debrief provides the perfect opportunity to reflect on your time in the air. You can ask questions, discuss your performance, and learn more about potential helicopter training pathways if you wish to pursue aviation further. This trial flight serves as a memorable adventure or a thoughtful gift, leaving you with a lasting sense of accomplishment and a newfound appreciation for the complex art of helicopter flight.

Booked my son in for a birthday surprise for the 737 Simulator! What an amazing experience, it was way more then we could have expected! My son really enjoyed it and is so excited to go again! Michael was so patient and kind with my son and made the experience so lovely and calm! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience! We will be back for sure!
I surprised a friend with a scenic flight route overlooking Dublin city. From the flight experience to the views, the morning was amazing. Clinton, our pilot made the day extra special. He was highly experienced, with thorough briefs on the aircraft to the safety procedures, ensuring we also got the best footage of Dublin's fantastic landmarks along the route. With over 20 years of experience, we felt safe & relaxed in Clinton's capable navigation.
Competition winner for a simulator session. My son age 11 used the voucher and we both went. From the minute we arrived we loved the place. Everyone there is so nice and the facility is fabulous. Then we met our instructor Jeremiah and that was it, he made this experience, the most friendly, funny nice man you could ever meet, had so much knowledge and patience with me and my son. Iv already recommended this to so many people today. We will be back to do the 737 ASAP. Highly recommend this to anyone that has an interest in flying. We had the most perfect afternoon today. Thank you so much everyone at the national flight centre.
