Hend is the best guide we could wish for our 2 days in Cairo. She showed us everything with great knowledge and enthusiasm all the points of interest we wanted to see. Our Cairo pyramid and sphinx tour was fantastic. Hend (our guide) was so nice and friendly. She was incredibly knowledgeable, providing fascinating insights into Egypt’s history, and Abdullah (driver) was friendly and punctual, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. Both were also very accommodating to our additional requests (like stopping for morning coffee!) and helping take fun memorable photos. Of course the sites were awe-inspiring, and the warm hospitality made it even better. Highly recommended!

Ms. Hend is a top tour guide. She is quite knowledgeable about Egypt history, customs. She showed great professionalism as a tour guide, answered all of my questions with great kindness, passion and patience. She can satisfy my needs very well. She shared with me the best local food in Cairo. An excellent shopping guide also in terms of local specialties. Strongly recommend her to be your tour guide in Egypt.

My wife and I were very excited to visit Cairo, Egypt. We are very glad that we booked our tours with Nermin's company. We were very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great way to see the sights of Cairo. Nermin is very warm, communicative, and hospitable! Our tour guide, Hend, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to answer all of our questions and provide us with a wealth of interesting information about the history of all the sites that we explored. She also made sure that we were comfortable and took lots of great pictures for us throughout the tours. Our driver, Abdul, was equally professional and courteous. He was always on time and got us to each location safely and efficiently. We were with them for 2 1/2 days and the tours were well-planned and we were able to see so many amazing sights such as Saqqara, Dahshur, Memphis, Coptic Cairo, Saladin’s Citadel, the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, and the Egyptian Museum. We also had the opportunity to eat authentic Egyptian lunches at local restaurants, which were delicious and truly representative of the region's cuisine. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable and enriching tour of Cairo. They were truly kind, fun, and thoughtful.

Congratulations! Stop searching other reviews and tours for Cairo. You've the found the company that will elevate your entire experience and dispell all the trouble you've been warned about in your research for visiting Egypt. I spent days contacting agencies on Whatsapp/Email. Finding Nermin's Agency was the sole option that provided thorough, flexible, professional, and personalized content. She was quickly responsive, readily available, and thoughtful of our experience/timings with suggestions on how to best explore Cairo around our jetlag, late arrival, and late departure. Her work and contact did not stop at booking. Nermin was responsive throughout the tour to our last minute changes, additions, and any concern/issue that came up for us. Quickly alleviating the issues with possible solutions to choose from. I could not be happier with my interactions throughout the booking/tour process. Nermin's team exceeded expectations in every single category possible. We were paired with an incredible duo who we will remember for life and think of as friends, not just tour guides. Our incredibly talented and professional driver, Abdullah. And the amazingly personable, deeply knowledgeable, and expert photographer, Hend. Abdullah knows the layout of the Cairo like the back of his hand. He quickly shuttles you site to site, avoiding traffic, prepared with cold waters, always opening your door and maintaining a professionally clean and comfortable car. He is in constant communication with Hend about timing and has the car AC started for your return from the hot weather. He also took the opportunity during the drives between sites to show us what's popular in local Egyptian music, traditional Egyptian music, and discuss/explain cultural things we weren't familiar with and wouldn't have experienced on the normal tourism stops. I've been to 20+ countries and I've never had a tourism experience like the days spent with Hend. Hend was punctual and unpressuring to any timing changes we needed day to day. Her knowledge of ancient Egypt is incredibly thorough and impressive. You feel her deep love for the history of her country at every stop. She also takes the time to preface your tour stops with appropriate historical facts to elevate your understanding before even arriving to the stunning archeological sites. Her personality is infectious, despite long days and hot weather, she uplifts your energy with her spirit to take on a once in a lifetime experience. Arriving to sites it's time to hold on because Hend is going to make sure you learn all about each site, meanings, symbolism, and teach you how to identify things for yourself. During your stops you quickly learn that Hend KNOWS what she is doing. She ushers you in the perfect directions to avoid crowds and personalize your experience. She reads other tour groups to do her best at getting you isolated time in these incredible windows to history. Pointing out details that would easily be missed if you were visiting on your own, and I typically am one to skip tour guides but I could never imagine being remotely as happy without her. She utilizes her numerous friendships/professional relationships to guarantee you are not getting exploited or scammed on optional adventures, like camel rides. She also took the time to check in with you after your optional experiences to ensure you weren't pressured for more money or into a situation of tipping you didn't want to. She takes all of your worries into concern and provides options throughout your stops to allow you to not feel like your on the same program tracks everyone else is, also making sure to have you consider doing certain things she thinks will fit your traveling style, like encouraging us to descend deep into the Bent and Red Pyramids for adventure. TLDR: I cannot convey that Hend and Abdullah of Nermin's team made my experience unforgettable while being flexible and personalized. With all the negativity you read about scams, pressuring to tip, guide tricks, etc. This company made it seamless, carefree, and incredible.
