Fabulous! We just spent a week at Chic And Basic Gravity Porto….absolutely wonderful! Lovely hotel in a great location with incredible staff. Our room was spacious & clean with an extremely comfortable king size bed & lovely large windows that could be opened. Great shower pressure, loved the fact there was a water closet…however, do wish there had been a fan. Housekeeping was lovely as were each and every one of the hotel staff we had the pleasure of meeting. Our stay was made even more memorable by the sweet little touches offered during our stay. Another perk was the hotel parking offered for a nightly fee.

Among all the hotels I have stayed in across Europe, this one was by far my favorite. The breakfast, the hospitality, and the beauty of the rooms were exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the location was perfect. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Many thanks to the entire team!

We’ve just got back from 5 nights at Chic and Basic Gravity and oh my word, WHAT A HOTEL. Fantastic location, beautifully decorated and full of really lovely, friendly staff that just understand what hospitality is! Amazing food and drinks in the bar and restaurant and really well designed and stocked rooms. We were situated at the back of the hotel with views of the garden, which proved to be a little quieter which we loved. The room featured a Nespresso machine, a safe, aircon and a tv with all the usual smart features. I have not had a hotel experience this good in so long and I can not thank the team enough. You made our trip effortless and gave us such a great place to relax and base ourselves. Thank you so much!

Couldn't have found a better hotel in Porto. Fantastic staff - especially for how young they seemed. They were friendly, efficient, hard-working, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable except that a few extra towel or clothing hooks on the shower would have been appreciated. The water pressure was startling. Modern and clean. They've also made it easy to cast from your movement l mobile device to the TVs - very cool! Would be an easy choice to stay there again. Good bar (with nice happy -hour prices) and a well appointed breakfast. Lots of upside-down decorations.

Just spent a perfect weekend here and couldn't be happier! The hotel is absolutely spotless—super clean and well-maintained. Every member of staff provided genuinely friendly service, making us feel instantly welcome. The location is excellent, providing a wonderful atmosphere both inside and out. Plus, the original and stylish interior design really gives it a unique and charming character. Highly recommend!
